Cathy Climbs Kilimanjaro AGAIN! - 3/13/08 There was a reason why the porters called Cathy the "Iron Woman" when we climbed Kilimanjaro back in 2001. After that successful trip, Cathy lived up to her name again last month with another shot at the summit. The climb capped a seven week trip that included five countries. The mountain was much tougher this time with more rain, snow and winds of 60 miles per hour. Cathy told me that she acclimated to the altitude wisely because she had finished chemotherapy less than a year ago. You didn't doubt me about that Iron woman name, did you?
